We are happy to provide you with fresh bread and rolls for breakfast on request. Please let us know your requirement the day before.

Our guests can use our in-house infra-red cabin sauna without any extra charge.

You’ll find plenty of parking spaces in front of Haus Maier in Flachau.

For our youngest guests

We are happy to provide a cot and a highchair in the apartment. In front of the house you’ll find a small playground.

Children’s reductions

• Children under 2 years: no supplement for a cot

Ski cellar with ski boot dryer

Store your winter sports equipment in our ski cellar. The ski boot dryer ensures your feet will be warm and dry in your ski boots.

Massages

A massage is wonderful after an active day’s holiday. Available at Haus Maier.

Non-smoking house

Please note that smoking is not permitted throughout the whole house. You may enjoy your cigarette outdoors or on the balcony.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our apartment. We thank you for your understanding.

Arrival & departure

On arrival day the apartment is available from 2.00 pm. Please vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on day of departure.

Resort tax

Resort tax is not included in the prices quoted. angegebenen.

• 01.12. – 30.04. & 20.06. – 10.09.: € 2,00 per night per person over 15 years
• Pre-season until 01.12., 01.05. – 19.06. & 11.09. – end of season: € 1,20 per night per person over 15 years

End of stay cleaning

We charge a one-off end of stay cleaning fee of € 45,00 per stay.

Payment

To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of (€ 300,00 per week’s rental) to be transferred to our bank account.

Travel insurance

A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. As anything could happen (illness, accident…) we recommend you take out travel insurance.
